Sauna Guided Breathwork (Fridays @ 11am)

Service Description

[STARTING 6TH FEB] Held in the sauna, this session combines contrast therapy, slow breathwork with gentle music, creating space to slow down and relax. Each session includes: * 30–35 minutes of guided breathwork, focused on relaxation and calming the nervous system. * 15–20 minutes of silent sauna time, with gentle music playing. This is not intense breathwork. It’s suitable for those new to breathwork, and anyone seeking stillness and nervous system support.
