Cancellation and rescheduling policy

Cancellations for sauna sessions need to be actioned via your confirmation email more than 48 hrs before for a full refund (minus a £5 admin fee, but no fee for rescheduling).

 

If you inform us 24 hrs before we will provide sauna credits.

 

For a refund please email hello@reytsauna.co.uk with the booking details (Name, Date, Time).

 

Any cancellations less than 24 hours before your booking are non-refundable.

 

Full refunds (or rescheduling) are issued for any weather / mechanical / staffing issue cancellations.
