About the event
Yoga in the Sunflowers is a guided Kundalini yoga experience set within Farmer Copleys sunflower fields. This is a morning session designed to gently awaken the body and mind through movement and breathwork, surrounded by nature and beautiful sunflowers.
Following the yoga session, you'll move into a contrast therapy experience at Reyt Sauna. Moving between sauna heat and the cold plunges, supporting circulation, recovery and nervous system regulation.
The combination of movement, breath, heat and cold creates a powerful reset; a sense of calm, clarity and connection.
Your ticket also includes free entry into the Sunflower Field - stay and explore after your session. 🌻
