About the event
Mark the arrival of spring with an evening designed to restore balance. Our Spring Equinox Mini Event is a seasonal reset, an invitation to pause and reflect as we move into the lighter months ahead. It is also a new moon so you will learn about the meaning of the Pisces moon and how its energies will impact you over the weeks after this point.
We’ll begin the evening with learning about the spiritual meaning of the equinox and moon cycle. You will then be guided through a grounding 30 minute yoga session led by the wonderful Amy from A Tranquil Soul. This gentle practice is suitable for all levels and is designed to ease tension and prepare the body for the evening ahead.
Following yoga, you’ll move into the warmth of the wood-fired sauna, with optional cold plunges available throughout. This 75 minute contrast therapy experience supports nervous system…
