About the event
Sound in the Sunflowers is a deeply relaxing soundbath experience held within Farmer Copleys Sunflower Field as the sun goes down. Immersed in healing sound frequencies and surrounded by the nature, this evening session is designed to encourage rest, mental reset and a sense of deep calm.
Following the sound bath, you'll move into a contrast therapy session at Reyt Sauna. Heat, cold, nature and stillness, the perfect way to close the evening.
Your ticket also includes free entry into the Sunflower Field, arrive early and visit the Sunflower Field before the session begins.
What to expect:
50 minutes Soundbath experience in the Sunflower Field at golden hour
60 minutes Contrast therapy at Reyt Sauna to follow
