Reyt Sauna Social: Music & Contrast Therapy

We'll gather across the afternoon to the sound of vocal house music, played live by our DJ against a backdrop of Reyt Sauna and nature. Think beach bar energy, relaxed, joyful and completely unhurried. Seating is provided, or bring a blanket and settle on the grass. This is a shared experience, there's something about house music that connects people, even strangers, even without saying a word.

Whilst the music is playing you'll enjoy a 75 minute contrast therapy session. Between your heat and cold cycles, you're invited to return outside to soak up the atmosphere, enjoy the music and settle back into the afternoon at your own pace.

• Choose your slot: Book either the 3:30pm or 5:00pm contrast therapy session at the time of booking

• Stay for the full event: Doors open at 3:30pm and music plays through until 6:30pm, your ticket covers the whole afternoon
