Galentine's Rustic Spa Event

Step away from the noise and pressure of Valentine’s Day and into something slower, more nourishing and truly meaningful.

Our Galentine’s Rustic Spa is a back-to-nature experience designed to gently reset your nervous system and help you reconnect, with yourself, nature and others.

On arrival, you’ll begin by easing into the warmth of the sauna, followed by an optional cold plunge. You’ll then be gently guided through our signature rustic spa ritual, combining aromatherapy body salts and a clay face mask, combined with cycles of heat and cold.

This powerful contrast therapy supports circulation, deep relaxation and a full physical and mental reset.

Shortly into the session, the wonderful Jo from The Self Care Sanctuary will join you in the sauna, offering soothing arm and hand massages to each guest, accompanied by gentle music. This beautiful layer of therapeutic touch helps the body fully soften into the experience.
