About the event
This Summer we’re holding three evenings. Three full moons; Tuesday 30th June, Wednesday 29th July and Friday 28th August. These evenings are simple. Sound, breathwork or heat & cold. A few hours to step away from everything that keeps you busy, and just be still for a while, with like-minded people around you.
Here's how the evening unfolds:
6:30pm - Soundbath on the grass
Arrive, settle onto your mat and let the evening begin. A 45–50 minute sound bath, held on the grass in front of the sauna, to guide your body and mind into stillness. This is bookable as a stand alone session.
7:30pm - Your Choice of Experience
Following the soundbath, you'll move into one of two experiences (chosen at the time of booking)
