About the event
We're bringing back the Family Sauna sessions for the Summer holidays - last year these were popular!
These mornings are designed for parents and children to enjoy together. Screen-free, outdoors and in nature, exactly what summer holidays should feel like. Fresh fruit and juice included.
The sauna will be kept at a lower heat (Approx. 60°C) to make it comfortable for the younger ones, and warmer water tubs are provided for the kids instead of cold plunges.
A relaxed, unhurried morning where the whole family can switch off together.
