About the event
Welcome to the Reyt Sauna Book Club, a brand new monthly gathering where great books meet contrast therapy, hot drinks and genuinely good conversation.

Each session runs from 2–3:30pm and includes approximately 60 minutes of contrast therapy (wood-fired sauna and cold plunge), followed by a guided book discussion led by our Kerry, part of the Reyt Sauna team and avid reader.
After the contrast therapy, we'll gather together with hot drinks and snacks to talk about the month's book. Whether you've read every page, listened on audio, or only got halfway, you're welcome here. This is a friendly space for anyone who loves books, wants to read more, or simply wants to meet like-minded people over something a little different.
