Join us and start the New Year with a Full Moon breathwork morning. This session is open to all levels and held outdoors at Reyt Sauna, surrounded by the natural beauty of the farm. Come solo or bring a friend - either way it is your time to slow down, relax and reset under the magic of the Full Moon.
