Mother's Day Rustic Spa & Flower Workshop

Celebrate Mother’s Day with something slower, creative and beautifully restorative.

This special afternoon begins with a 90 minute guided Rustic Spa ritual, allowing your nervous system to settle and soften before stepping into the creative flow of creating your very own vase arrangement.

You’ll begin by stepping into the warmth of the wood-fired sauna, with optional cold plunges available throughout. As part of our Reyt Rustic Spa ritual, Natalie will guide you through cycles of heat and cold, with aromatherapy body salts and a nourishing clay face mask. This calming combination supports circulation, relaxation and full body reset. Hot teas and fresh fruit will be available throughout the spa experience, allowing you to refuel. 

Following the spa ritual, we’ll gather with healthy energy snacks & hot teas before moving into a creative floral workshop led by the wonderful Louise, trained florist and founder of Thistle & Bramble.
