Sat 9th Aug | 8-10am | Full Moon Sunrise Yoga & Contrast Therapy Start with 50 minutes of yoga among the Sunflowers, followed by contrast therapy (sauna & cold plunge) to reset your nervous system. Includes Sunflower Field ticket (from 10am) Wed 20th Aug | 6-8pm | Sunflower & Sound & Contrast Therapy Unwind with a Soundbath in the Sunflower Field, followed by contrast therapy (sauna & cold plunge) to fully ground and reset. Includes Sunflower Field ticket before (until 5:30pm)
