Sat 9th Aug | 8-9am | Full Moon Sunrise Yoga - (Yoga ONLY) Surrounded by sunflowers with a grounding yoga session. This 50 minute practice is designed to reconnect you to nature & self. Includes Sunflower Field ticket (from 10am). Wed 20th Aug | 6-7pm | Sunflowers & Sound (Sound ONLY) Relax and restore with a crystal bowl sound bath surrounded by Sunflowers. A calming midweek session to soothe the mind. Includes Sunflower Field ticket before (until 5:30pm)
